Form CRS

Form CRS is a relationship summary disclosure (“CRS” stands for customer or client relationship summary).

The main purpose of Form CRS is to provide you with “simple, easy-to-understand information about the nature of your relationship with your financial professional,” in order to help you compare services between firms and make more informed decisions.

Form ADV-2A

Form ADV is the uniform form used by investment advisers to register with both the SEC and state securities authorities. 

Form ADV - Part 2A contains information such as the types of advisory services offered, the adviser’s fee schedule, disciplinary information, conflicts of interest, and the educational and business background of management and key advisory personnel of the adviser.
